Alan Turing Institute

Governments are always looking for ways to efficiently allocate their budgets. Therefore, Alan Turing Institute developed a data system capable of receiving various inputs and providing answers indicating where investment should be made. A concrete example: To serve the children of a region, is it better to build a school localy or extend bus lines to facilitate access to existing schools in other locations?

To help government departments understand the system and its full capacity for generating insights and reports, an explanatory video  was developed together with a series of tutorials on its many functionalities.
